摘 要:对某地下室柱顶基础隔震的4层框架结构幼儿园,应用有限元软件ETABS建模进行时程分析,分析超烈度地震作用下整体结构的抗震性能并重点讨论下部独立悬臂柱的抗震设计。结果表明:设防烈度7度(0.15g)多遇地震作用下,层间剪力减震效果显著;7度(0.15g)罕遇地震作用下,上部结构基本处于弹性,独立柱位移角极小;超烈度8度(0.20g)罕遇地震作用下,独立柱位移角仍然极小,楼层加速度减震效果显著,人体舒适度大为提高,隔震层仍然具有足够的稳定性和安全性,表明隔震设计显著提高了结构安全性。建议工程应用中类似隔震建筑在不影响地下室的使用功能条件下,加大独立柱刚度并优先选择较大直径的隔震支座。In a basement column base isolation four floor frame structure of kindergarten ,establishing 3D model applied of the finite element software ETABS for time history analysis, analyzing the seismic performance of whole structure under ultra intensity earthquake. The results showed that: story shear force decreased significantly under the frequent earthquake of 7 degree (0.15g) ,the upper part of the structure is basically elastic ,independent col- umn displacement angle is still minimum, floor acceleration damping effect is remarkable and the comfortable degree of human body is greatly improved, the isolation layer is stable and have adequate security, it show that the isolation design improves the safety of the structural significantly. In the application of engineering, we suggest that these sim- ilar isolated buildings should increase the stiffness of the independent column and and prefer the larger diameter iso- l^ion beating
