摘  要:为探究不同表面电位的正极性驻极体对胰岛素降糖效果的影响,以糖尿病大鼠为动物模型,以聚丙烯(PP)薄膜为驻极体材料,通过电晕充电系统将聚丙烯制备成表面电位为500 V、1 000 V和1 500 V的驻极体。将经不同表面电位驻极体作用12 h时间后的猪胰岛素经皮下注入糖尿病大鼠体内,观察了正极性驻极体对胰岛素降糖效果的影响。研究结果显示:经正极性驻极体作用后的胰岛素的降糖效果优于无电场处理的胰岛素;正极性驻极体处理过的胰岛素的降糖效果依次为,1 000 V驻极体作用胰岛素的降糖效果优于500 V驻极体作用的胰岛素,500 V驻极体作用胰岛素的降糖效果优于1 500 V驻极体作用的胰岛素;正极性驻极体提高胰岛素的降糖效果具有"有效电压作用窗"。可得结论:合理使用正极性驻极体具有提高胰岛素的降糖效果。To explore the influence of positive electret with various surface potentials on the hypoglycemic effect of insulin, we conducted experiments using diabetic rats as animal model and positive electrets made of polypropylene(PP) film. The positive electrets was prepared with surface potentials of 500 V, 1 000 V, and 1 500 V using the corona charging method. After treating porcine insulin with the positive electrets for 12 hours, respectively, we injected the insulin into the model rats and observed the hypoglycemic effect. It is shown that, compared with non-treated insulin, the electret treated insulin has a better hypoglycemic effect. Meanwhile, the treatments of 1 000 V, 500 V and 1 500 V electret result in different hypoglycemic effects in a decreasing order. This indicates that an effective potential window for positive electrets exists in improving insulin's hypoglycemic effect, i.e. the rational use of positive electret can enhance the hypoglycemic effect of insulin.
