摘  要:采用特高压(UHV)隔离开关切合串补平台时会产生隔离开关的重复击穿和快速暂态过程,可能导致邻近的电容式电压互感器(CVT)发生故障。为系统研究该暂态过程,通过特高压隔离开关切合串补平台模拟试验,测量了CVT上的过电压水平、快速暂态电压和电流波形,并分析了在CVT高压端上加装保护电阻和保护电感对快速暂态的抑制效果。试验结果表明:隔离开关操作时,CVT端口最大过电压约为1.54倍工频试验电压峰值,远小于其雷电冲击耐受电压,不会对CVT造成严重威胁。快速暂态电流振荡主频为500 k Hz,幅值可达2.2 k A,高幅值和高陡度的快速暂态电流可能会导致CVT内部元件局部过热,并产生局部过电压,进而导致CVT损坏。在CVT高压端加装保护电阻和保护电感能有效限制快速暂态电流的幅值和陡度,对CVT具有较好的保护效果。Using ultra high voltage(UHV) disconnector to switch the platform of fixed series capacitors(FCSs) may induce fast transient phenomenon and repetitive strikings of the disconnector, and thereby damage adjacent capacitor voltage transformers(CVTs). Hence, we put forward simulative switching tests of switching UHV FSC platform with a disconnector to systematically research the related transient process. In the tests, we measured the overvoltage, transient voltage waveform, and current waveform on CVT, and analyzed the fast transient suppression effect of adding a resistance or an inductance on the high voltage terminal of CVT. The test results show that the maximum overvoltage is about 1.54 times the power-frequency test voltage's peak value, which is much less than the CVT's lightning impulse withstanding voltage, so it is not a serious threat to the CVT. The fast transient current will oscillate with 500 k Hz frequency and 2.2 k A amplitude; the high amplitude and steepness may induce partial overheating and overvoltage in the capacitor elements of CVT, and hence damage the CVT. Adding protection resistance and inductance on the high voltage terminal of CVT shows significant effect in suppressing the amplitude and steepness of fast transient current, consequently well protects CVT.
