摘  要:研究乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)用不同相容剂增容对AS(苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物)增韧效果的差异及其对共混体系力学性能和熔体流动速率的影响,用SEM和DSC研究共混体系的相容性.比较接枝率为1.0%的PE-g-MAH、接枝率为1.8%的PE-g-MAH、接枝率为1.2%的POE-g-MAH三种相容剂对POE/AS共混体系力学性能、熔体流动速率的影响.研究表明:相容剂的加入进一步提高了共混体系的冲击强度,起到了增容的作用,拉伸强度和熔融指数均有所下降.The thesis presented the different influence of toughening, mechanical properties, vicat soften- ing temperature, and melt index about POE (ethylene-octene copolymer) with different compatilizer growth on AS( styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer) and the compatibility of the blends, which was studied u- sing SEM and DSC. The paper compared the mechanics performance and melt index of the AS/POE blends with three compatilizer ( grafting rate of 1.8 % of the PE-g-MAH, grafting rate of 1.0 % of the PE-g-MAH, grafting rate of 1.2 % of the POE-g-MAH). Research showed that, compatilizer added to the blends further improved the impact strength of the blend system and played a role of a compatibilizer. But the tensile strength and melt index of the blend system all decreased.
