摘　　要：目的建立冬虫夏草口服液微生物限度检查方法,并对方法进行验证。方法采用常规法,通过大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念球菌、黑曲霉5种阳性菌回收率试验进行细菌、霉菌和酵母菌计数方法的验证,同时对控制菌检查方法进行验证。结果采用常规法计数细菌、霉菌及酵母菌时,各试验菌回收率在70%以上;控制菌检查中,各阳性试验菌均检出,阴性对照无菌生长。结论可以采用常规法进行冬虫夏草口服液的微生物限度检查。Objective To establish a method of microbial limit test for Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid and to verify the validity of the testing method .Methods Conventional methods were used to verify the counting methods for microbial , fungus and yeast counts through the measurement of the recovery rates of 5 positive bacteria in the Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid.At the same time, the detection method for the control bacteria in the Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid was also verified .Results When conventional detection methods were used, the recovery rates of various bacteria were over 70%.In the detection of the control bacteria , positive test bacteria were all detected, while no bacterial growth was detected in the control .Conclusion Conventional methods could be used for the detection of microbial limit in the Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid.
