摘　　要：核电厂应急指挥中心计算机信息系统是核电厂在应急情况下的统一指挥系统。该系统具有应急报警、应急指挥、应急演习、与地区应急指挥中心和国家核安全局通信等功能。介绍了核电厂应急指挥中心计算机信息系统方案,包括系统的设计原则、结构、软件设计和主要功能描述等。The computer information system of Emergency Command Center of Nuclear power station is the uni-form command system in emergency.The system has the functions of emergency alarm,emergency command,e-mergency simulation, communication to regional Emergency Command Center and National Nuclear Safety Ad-ministration.This thesis introduced the scheme of the computer information system of Emergency Command Center of nuclear power station,that include the design principle,the system structure,software design and main functions,etc.
