湖北师范学院大学生体质健康现状分析及对策研究报告

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、数理统计法、测量法等多种研究方法,以湖北师范学院为个案,对该校11级大学生2013年测试数据进行统计分析。了解该年级学生的体质健康现状,进行原因分析并提出改进措施,旨在进一步改善大学生体质健康水平并为高校体育公共课教学管理提供理论依据。研究结果显示:该校女生身体形态等级呈现"两头偏重,中间相当"现象;女生呼吸系统机能整体略优于男生;男生下肢爆发力和柔韧素质都较湖北省平均水平高。This paper uses the method of literature, mathematical statistics, survey method, taking Hubei ,Normal University as a case, analyzes the body shape, body function and the physical quality test results of students in Grade 11 in Normal Uni- versity. To investigate students physical health status in grade 11, then analyze the reason and on the current situation, which intents to provide references for the teaching and management of public course in college sports in the school. It was found that girls＇body shape level presents ＂ two heavy ends ,light in middle＂; the girls are better than in the whole function of respiratory system; The limbs explosive force and flexible quality of boys is higher than Hubei＇s average.
