高抗水淋连铸机润滑脂的研制

摘　　要：结合连铸机高温、高负荷、有水淋的苛刻工况,通过对润滑脂基础油、稠化剂以及其他添加剂的考察和筛选,确定了一种高抗水淋连铸机润滑脂的配方。经润滑脂理化性质的试验研究以及在国内某钢铁厂连铸机润滑系统的应用,表明高抗水淋连铸机润滑脂不仅具有良好的抗水、防锈、抗腐蚀性能,且具有良好的极压性、剪切安定性、机械安定性及高温性能,可满足连铸机的使用要求。According to the conticaster harsh working conditions of high temperature,high load,and water pouring,a formula of high water-resistant conticaster grease is determined by studying and selecting the base oil,thickeners and compound additives. The physical and chemical characteristics of greases are tested more than one year in the laboratory and the grease is applied in the conticaster lubrication system of a domestic steel mill. It is found that the developed grease not only has good anti-water,anti-rust,corrosion resistance ability,but also has outstanding extreme pressure ability,shear stability,mechanical stability and high temperature-resistant performance. The developed grease can satisfy the requirement of conticaster.
