摘 要:应用基于风险的检验技术(RBI)对某公司乙烯装置中的压力管道进行了风险分析,通过DNV ORBIT Onshore软件计算给出了该装置压力管道6年内的风险变化情况。结果表明:2010年所有管线全面检验中,2008、2009年完成检验管线的风险有所上升,中高风险项有14项。当前(2013年12月)失效可能性等级为3级的评价单元有6项,出现1个高风险项。通过适当的检验方案(包括在线检验手段)来降低其失效可能性等级,从而降低整个装置中高风险单元的风险水平,确保管线本质安全。Based on risk based inspection( RBI) technology,risk analysis is made on the pressure pipes of ethylene unit in a company. The risk change situation of pressure pipes within six years is acquired by DNV ORBIT Onshore software,which showes that the risk of pipes inspected in 2008 and 2009 enhances faster after all pipes were inspected in 2010. There are 14 medium-high risk units. Currently( by Dec,2013) there are six assessment units of failure likelihood category grade 3 and one high risk unit. The failure likelihood category can be reduced by proper inspection plan including online inspection so as to reduce the risk level of medium-high risk units and above. Only in this way,can the safety of pipes be ensured.
