摘　　要：随着公路里程数的增加和公路基础设施的建设,野生动物的生长、繁殖及种群的生存等受到了不同程度的影响,外加人为干扰的不断加剧,致使公路建设与动物生存栖息地的矛盾愈加显著。在回顾公路建设对生态环境的影响研究现状的基础上,从动物数量、多样性,动物栖息地的环境变化、动物迁徙路径的阻碍等方面阐述了公路建设引起的动物习性的变化,最后综述了公路建设中针对野生动物的保护措施,以期为公路环保设计提供参考。With the increase of highway mileage and the construction of highway infrastructure, wild animals′life is influenced to varying degrees, including the growth, the reproduction and the survival of species. In addition, the contradiction between the construction and animal habitats is also becoming more and more significant due to the increasing of human disturbance. On the basis of reviewing the study of influence of highway construction on ecological environment, the article analyzed the influence of highway construction on animals′ environment from the aspects of quantity, diversity, change of habitat environment, animal migration path blocked, etc. Finally it summarized the safeguard procedures of wildlife during highway construction, which can provide reference for design of highway environmental protection.
