摘  要:针对船闸闸墙的老化病害现象,以闸墙可靠性作为总准则层,向下分解为安全性、适用性、耐久性3个属性;再选取对其有主要影响的因素作为一级指标,建立了3个层次11个指标的多层次多因素指标体系;采用改进的层次分析法确定一级指标权重,运用模糊综合评价法确定隶属度,结合反应船闸状态的评语集,得到船闸闸墙的可靠度情况,由此建立模糊层次评价模型。以江苏某船闸闸墙为例,具体说明该模型运行过程。该船闸评价结果为亚健康,与实情相符,它为闸墙是否需要修复提供了评判依据。Aiming at the aging diseases of lock chamber walls,the evaluation research of the lock chamber wall is carried out in this paper. The chamber wall reliability is taken as the general goal. The safety,applicability and durability are taken as sub-goals The critical factors that influence lock chamber walls is selected as the first level indexes. Then an index system of three levels and eleven indicators are established. The improved analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the primary index weights, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to determine the membership degree, which combines with the response of the state comment set to evaluate the reliability of the lock chamber wall. Then the fuzzy level elevation model is established. Meanwhile,a ship lockg chamber wall in Jiangsu is taken as an example to illustrate the running process of the model. The evaluation result is sub-health which consists of the actual situation. The model can serve as a evaluation basis for the repair of lock chamber walls.
