摘　　要："最美现象"是由一批草根群众、平民英雄引导的一种整个社会向上、向善、向美的精神文明现象,集中体现了价值主体的草根性、价值取向的向善性、价值行为的实践性、价值奉献的职业性和价值践行的自律性,与社会主义核心价值体系存在着高度的契合。弘扬"最美现象",应当积极回应道德建设的挑战,坚持以人为本的基本原则,注重"化理论为德行"的工作方法,推广"上下互动"的道德楷模培育新模式。通过促进"最美现象"制度化和常态化,让社会主义核心价值观建设扎根入地、开花结果。＂The most beautiful phenomenon＂ is a kind of spiritual civilization phenomenon guided by a number of grassroots masses and the civilian heroes, which pursuits good and beauty. It embodies the grassroots of the value subject, the good of value orientation, the practice of value behavior, the occupation of value contribution and the self-discipline of value practice, which highly accords with the socialist core values system. Carrying forward ＂the most beautiful phenomenon＂, we should actively respond to the challenges of basic principles in moral construction, adhere to the peopleoriented fundamental principle, pay attention to the working methods of ＂changing theory into virtue＂, promote the new method of interaction in cultivating moral model, let ＂the most beautiful phenomenon＂ be institutionalized and normalized to make the construction of the socialist core values into the ground and blossom yield fruit.
