摘  要:利用行星传动可以较好解决动力耦合问题,采用了一种新形式的双行星排耦合机构,确立了动力传输方案,确定了车辆布置方案,建立了行星排相关构件的动力学模型,然后利用Recur Dyn建立了耦合机构仿真模型,并进行仿真分析与计算,得出仿真曲线图形并验证仿真结果.最后通过仿真得出越野车辆的转向半径曲线,研究结论证明该耦合机构的可行性.The dynamic coupling problem can better be solved by planetary transmission. A new form of coupling mechanism with double row planetary gear was adopted in the project, its power transmission scheme was settled, the layout of the vehicle was selected, and some dynamic models for planetary components were established. A simulation model of coupling mechanism was built in RecurDyn, and simulation analysis and calculation were carried on. The simulation results were verified by the obtained simulation graphs. The turning radius curve of the off-road vehicle indicated the feasibility of the coupling mechanism.
