摘 要:通过对自由基-阳离子混杂光固化体系进行配方设计,选用超支化聚酯丙烯酸酯预聚物V400、双酚A环氧树脂E44、双((3,4-环氧环己基)甲基)己二酸酯TTA26作为预聚物,制备光固化油墨并测试其黏度、表面张力、柔韧性、光固化速度以及体积收缩率等性能,通过配方试验确定混杂体系预聚物的最优配比,为3D打印制作柔性版技术的材料研制打下了坚实的基础。In this study, hybrid light curing compositions suitable for the production of flexographic plate through 3D printing were investigated. Several resins such as V400, E44, and TTA26 were selected as the pre-polymer to prepare the free radical-cationic hybrid light curing materials. Through the fully study of viscosity, surface tension, flexibility, curing speed and the volume shrinkage and other properties of the curing compositions, the formula of the curing composition was optimized. The optimized hybrid light curing composition might be applied to the development of flexographic plate based on 3D printing technology.
