摘　　要：目的:探讨颅骨修补术手术要点及注意事项。方法:回顾性总结及分析54例颅骨修补术患者的临床资料。结果:54例患者中50例伤口均I期愈合,4例切口边缘头皮发黑;4例术后出现皮下积液;1例出现硬膜外血肿;1例出现癫痫。结论:颅骨修补手术不可小视,良好的手术技巧,规范的手术操作具有非常重要的意义。Objective：To investigate the cranioplasty operation points and precautions.Methods：Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 54 cases of cranioplasty in our department was carried out.Results：Among 54 patients, 50 patients were stage I wound healing, four cases of scalp incision edges black;4 cases of postoperative seroma;1 case of epidural hematoma;1 case of epilepsy.Conclusion：skull repair surgery should be paid attention to. Good surgical technique and standard surgical operation has a very important significance.
