摘　　要：过敏性紫癜除典型的临床表现外,还可因累及神经、心脏、肺脏、胰腺、肝脏、胆囊、生殖器等器官出现一些非典型的临床表现。该文对此作一综述。The majority of patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura show the classic clinical manifestations,but a small number can appear atypical clinical manifestations,when their other organs are involved,such as nervous sys-tem,heart,lungs,pancreas,hepar,gallbladder,genital organ.This review summarizes that.
