摘　　要：目的：探讨解剖钢板治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：对26例锁骨骨折患者采用锁骨解剖钢板治疗。结果：患者均获得随访，时间5～8个月，骨折均愈合。根据Neer评定标准，术后优22例（84.6%），良4例（15.4%）。结论：切开复位锁骨解剖钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折固定可靠，并发症少，疗效满意。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Treatment of clavicular fracture with anatomic plate internal fixation.Methods：26 cases of patients who had undergone the treatment of claviclal fracture with anatomic plate internal fixation.Results：All the patients were followed up for 5 to 8 months, the fracture healed. Accoding to the Neer score, the surgery effect of 22 patients were perfect, accounting for 84.6%,4 patents were good, accounting for 15.4%. Conclusions：open reduction and anatomical plate internal fixation for the treatment of clavicle fracture with claviclal fixation reliable, less complications, the curative effect is satisfactory.
