摘　　要：目的:将持续质量改进应用于24小时尿标本留取的质量控制中,提高24小时尿标本留取的正确率。方法:采用PDCA循环的管理方法,对24小时尿标本留取现状进行调查,找出问题,分析原因,确定预期目标、实施方案及评价方法,定期督查,提出改进措施,进入下一个循环,从而使24小时尿标本留取的质量得到持续改进。结果:通过5个月的持续质量改进,24小时尿标本留取的正确率由改进前的87.2%提高到96.02%。结论:持续质量改进是提高24小时尿标本留取正确率的一种有效方法,通过不断持续循环改进,从而进一步提高护理质量。Objective：To employ continuous quality improvement in the quality control of 24-houes urine specimen, in order to improve the accuracy rate of urine specimen.Method：PDCA circulative management method was adopted to investigate the current situation of 24-houes urine specimen to find out and analyze problems, determine expected objectives, implementation plan and evaluation method, and monitor regularly, propose improvement measures for the commencement into the next phase, thereby achieving continuous advance of 24-houes urine specimen.Result：After 5 months continuous quality improvement, accuracy rate rose from 87.2% to 96.02%. Conclusion：Continuous quality improvement is an effective way to improve 24-houes urine specimen accuracy. By constant continuous improvement, nursing quality can therefore be bettered.
