室上速合并扩张型心肌病并发恶性心律失常1例的护理

摘　　要：总结报道室上速合并扩张型心肌病住院期间频繁出现恶性心律失常患者1例的治疗护理。通过入院后给予其控制心室重构,维持电解质内环境稳定,行射频消融术及CRT-D术,并根据患者病情特点制定相应的综合护理措施。患者1个月后病情痊愈出院。认为:术前做好患者评估,术后加强心电监测,注意并发症的预防并进行随访指导,可有效的提高患者的生存率及生活质量。Hospitalized a patient suffering from paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia combined with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated by malignant arrhythmia, then to control ventricular remodeling,to maintain electrolyte homeostasis, and to perform radio frequency catheter ablation and CRT-D implantation. Then to make the compre-hensive nursing measures according to the patient＇s characteristics.The patient was discharged with full recovery a month later.By evaluating the patient before operation, strengthening elrctrocardio monitor after operation, paying at-tention to the prevention of complications, and performing follow-up, it can effectively improve the survival rate and life quality of patients.
