摘  要:由于目前电动汽车在控制系统方面比传统汽车复杂程度更高,需要维修人员有足够的经验和相关知识。为了提高维修人员的技术和维修效率,文章基于无线通信技术,从系统构架和软硬件架构等方面阐述一种电动汽车用手持式故障诊断仪,该诊断仪通过CAN总线读取ECU单元的故障码,用于指导现场人员对汽车故障的排查及远程故障诊断。通过试验模拟,验证了该诊断仪在诊断正确率和维修效率等方面效果明显。The maintenance engineer should have sufficient experience and knowledge due to the more complex control system of electric vehicle compared with the traditional vehicle. In order to improve the technical skill of maintenance engineer and the maintenance efficiency, this paper introduces a hand-held failure diagnosis instrument from the system configuration, software and hardware architecture based on the wireless communication, the hand-held failure diagnosis instrument can read the trouble code from ECU to check the vehicle fault and to diagnose the remote failure. It proves that the failure diagnosis instrument is significant in the correction rate of diagnosis and maintenance efficiency after the simulation verification.
