水飞蓟粕替代豆粕饲喂獭兔的应用研究

摘　　要：随机选择体重相近、性别相同的断奶獭兔120只,随机分为4个处理组,每组30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验组在基础日粮中分别应用25%、50%、75%的水飞蓟粕替代豆粕。试验结果表明:水飞蓟粕在獭兔日粮中添加可以提高獭兔的平均日增重、平均日采食量、皮张面积。肝脏和肝脏指数有所增加,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著,(P<0.05);脾脏重量有所增加,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著,(P<0.05);总蛋白、球蛋白的含量增加,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著,(P<0.05);白蛋白和球蛋白的比值降低,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著,(P<0.05)。Ig M含量升高,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著,(P<0.05)。用50%的水飞蓟粕替代豆粕效果最佳。In this experiment, random selection of similar weight, weaned rex rabbits of the same sex120, were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups, 30 rats in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet;in the experimental group, milk thistle meal were added respectively in diets 25%, 50%, 75% of instead of soybean meal in basal diet.The test results show that： milk thistle meal were added in the diet of rex rabbits,average daily gain and average daily feed intake and the skin area of rex rabbit can be improved.The weight of the liver and spleen and liver index increased,the C group had significant difference compared with A, B, D group,（P 0.05）.The content of total protein, globulin increased, C group had significant difference, compared with A, B, D group（P〈0.05）;ratio of albumin and globulin decreased, the C group had significant difference, compared with A, B, D group（P〈0.05）.The content of Ig M increased, the C group had significant difference, compared with A, B, D group（P〈0.05）.50% of the milk thistle meal instead of soybean meal was the best.
