摘 要:依据实际锻冲工艺过程,指出锻压设备的滑块运动应具有低速锻冲的必要性,同时滑块又需要快速空程和快速回程,以提高生产效率。在简介了常用锻压设备的传动方式后,分别分析了螺旋压力机、液压机、机械压力机和伺服压力机实现低速锻冲的途径,并指出其优缺点。重点对公称压力4000k N的机械压力机中的曲柄滑块机构、肘杆机构、串联四连杆机构和椭圆齿轮传动机构等实现低速锻冲方式时的位移和速度曲线进行了计算机仿真。在分析了不同锻压设备的低速锻冲方式后,提出伺服压力机具有优良的低速锻冲特性,将成为今后的主要发展方向。According to forging process in practical industry, it is pointed out that the slider of forging equipment should have the characteristic of low-speed forging, high-speed idle and return operation in order to improve the productivity. After brief description of the transmission mode of common forging equipment, the way to realize the low-speed forging of screw press, hydraulic press, mechanical press and servo press as well as the advantages & disadvantages have been put forward. The computer simulations of the displacement and velocity curve during low- speed forging process have been conducted to slider-crank mechanism, toggle mechanism, series four bar mechanism and oval gear mechanism in mechanical press with 4000kN nominal pressure. By analysis of low-speed forging method of different forging equipment, it is presented that servo press has excellent characteristics of low- speed forging which will become the main development direction in the future.
