摘　　要：为解决冷镦成形机上新旧模具之间的快速更换问题,实现多工位模具的整体吊离和机外更换调整,提出了一种新型冷镦成形机专用离线换模装置的设计方案。主要介绍了离线换模装置的特点、结构及定位问题,并对该装置的主要部件强度进行分析,结果表明:离线换模装置结构简单、定位可靠、结构强度满足要求,是多工位冷镦成形机机构优化的重要部分。A new offline die exchange unit of cold upsetting machine has been designed in order to solve the quick die-exchanging problem of cold upsetting machine and achieve the whole lifted of multi-station dies with offline exchange and adjustment. The characteristics, structure and positioning of offline die exchange unit have been mainly introduced. The strength of main components in the unit has been analyzed. The resuhs show that the offline die exchange unit is simple in structure and reliable in positioning with satisfied structure strength, which is an important part for optimization of cold upsetting machine.
