摘  要:为提高柴油机压气机进气消声器的消声性能,推导径流式进气消声器声衰减量的经验公式.通过消声器的消音性能实验,表明采用Zellen消声系数的经验公式更适合于径流式进气消声器的声衰减量计算.分析材料吸声性能、吸声片间距、吸声片直径参数对消音性能的影响,提出消声器改进设计方案.改进后的消声器消声性能提高了9.6 d B.To improve the acoustic attenuation performance of intake silencers for compressors used in diesel engines, an empirical formula on acoustic attenuation of intake silencers of radial flow type is derived. Through an acoustic attenuation performance experiment of silencers, it is concluded that the empirical formula with Zellen acoustic attenuation coefficient is more appropriate to the calculation of the acoustic attenuation of intake silencers of radial flow type. The influence of the sound absorption performance of materials, the spans between sound absorption plates and the diameters of sound absorption plates on the acoustic attenuation performance is analyzed, and the improved design scheme is proposed. The acoustic attenuation performance of the improved silencer increases by 9.6 dB.
