摘　　要：针对太阳能的一些技术和优点，研究设计了太阳能电池应用到交通信号灯的控制。采用VRLA蓄电池专用充电芯片UC3096将太阳能电池板的输出电能存储在12v的蓄电池中作为系统总电源。STC89C52通过人机界面得到两相位交通信号灯的控制参数，经过处理之后，完成对交通信号灯的控制。According to the technology and advantage of solar energy, the solar cell is researched and designed and it is applied to the control of traffic lights. The VRLA battery charging chip UC3096 power output of solar panels can be stored in the 12V of the battery as power supply system. STC89C52 can get the control parameters of two phase traffic signal lamp through the man - machine interface, and to realize complete control of traffic signal lamp after treatment.
