摘　　要：用羊口疮强毒株感染试验羊只,建立羊口疮病理模型,分别用红茂草乙醇制剂(Ⅰ组)、盐酸盐制剂(Ⅱ组)和水制剂(Ⅲ组)进行对比治疗试验。结果表明,试验Ⅰ组溃疡愈合率极显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.01),Ⅱ组也极显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.01)。治疗4 d后Ⅰ组羊口疮平均愈合率为91.2%,Ⅱ组为80.4%,Ⅲ组为65.1%。Experiment was conducted on the treatment of sheep infected with Off virus for the purpose of detennining the effect of three different phannaceutics of Dicranostigma leptopodum （Maxim） Fedde on Off. Firstly, 30 pathological model of Off were established through infecting the sheep with Off virus and randomly divided into three groups （ Ⅰ-Ⅲ）. Sheep in group Ⅰ-Ⅲ were treated with ethanol-soluble extracts, hydrochloride extracts and water-soluble extracts of Dicranostigma leptopodum （Maxim） Fedde, respectively. The results indicated that the average healing rate of ulcers of group Ⅰ-Ⅲ was 91.2%, 80.4% and 65. 1%, respectively, and the differnce between each group of average healing rate was marked significantly （P〈0.01）.
