碰炸开关反装对某型引信安全性影响分析及防错设计

摘  要:针对某型引信碰炸开关有反装的可能性,根据该引信碰炸开关利用惯性发火的特点,应用极限思想的思考方法和极值原理、力学微积分原理,建立了碰炸开关反装时碰炸杆所受的离心力极值数学模型和保险簧抗力极值数学模型.解算了在装配位置和接电起爆位置两个极限位置碰炸杆所受的离心力和保险簧的抗力,计算结果表明:碰炸开关反装时碰炸杆在两个极限位置所受的离心力均大于同位置保险簧的抗力,满足接电起爆条件,从理论上说明引信会出现早炸,碰炸开关反装引信试验早炸率达80%.针对此问题,应用防错技术中"唯一性"的防错设计理念,设计了使碰炸开关只具备唯一的一种安装方式的安装槽,彻底消除了碰炸开关反装对引信安全性的影响.For the anti-loaded possibility of a certain fuze, based on the ignition characteristics of contact switch, the extremes mathematical models of centrifugal force and insurance spring resistance were established by using the limit theory and calculus principles of mechanics to count the centrifugal force of impact burst bar and the resistance of insurance spring when the contact switch was anti-located. The results showed that cen- trifugal force of impact burst bar at the two limit positions are greater than insurance spring resistance, and theoretically, the fuze would early burst, the early burst rate was 80 % based on the fuze test. A mounting sl- ot of only one installation style was designed by "uniqueness" error proofing design to eliminate the effect of anti-located contact switch to safety of fuze.
