耳廓穴位刺激治疗老年颈性眩晕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨耳廓穴位刺激治疗老年颈性眩晕的临床疗效,并为此疗法提供理论及临床依据。方法将60例老年颈性眩晕患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用耳廓穴位刺激治疗,对照组30例采用药物治疗。2组均治疗1个疗程。在治疗后评定疗效,并采用颈性眩晕评估量表(ESCV)以及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)进行测评。结果治疗后治疗组的总有效率和好转率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。2组治疗后的ESCV评分、椎动脉(VA)和基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组ESCV评分、VA和BA的平均血流速度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴刺激能够缓解VA痉挛,增加脑血流量,从而改善临床症状,耳廓穴位刺激治疗老年颈性眩晕安全有效,并且疗效优于单纯药物治疗。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of auricular point stimulation on elderly cervical vertigo, and toinvestigate the mechanism. Methods Sixty elderly patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（n= 30） receiving auricular point stimulation, and the control group（n= 30） receiving oral medicine.Each group received a course of treatment. The curative effects were evaluated with cervical vertigo scale（ESCV） and tran-scranial Doppler（TCD） after treatment. Results The total effective rate and the cure rate in treatment group were higherthan those in control group（P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the score of ESCV, the mean blood flow velocities（Vm） of verte-bral artery and basilar artery were remarkably improved in the two groups（P〈0. 05）,and especially in treatment group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Auricular point sticking are able to release artery spasticity, and improve the brain blood circula-tion and clinical symptoms. It is proved that auricular point sticking is safe and effective for cervical vertigo.
