摘 要:在不同压力及不同温度下对内蒙烟煤进行热解研究,考察温度和压力对热解产物产率及热解气体组成的影响规律。研究表明:随着热解压力的增加,内蒙烟煤的气体产物和固体产物总量增加,液态产物减少,其焦油产率降低、半焦产率增高,干馏气中H2和CO含量下降、CH4含量上升;随着热解温度的增加,其焦油产率先增加后减少,干馏气中H2含量不断上升,即热解温度升高可使气相产品的产率增大及液相产品产率降低。This paper studied the pyrolysis of Inner Mongolia coal under different pressures and different temperatures, how the temperature and pressure affected the pyrolysis product yield of coal and pyrolysis gas composition were also researched. It was shown that, with the increase of pressure, the total amount of gas product and solid product of Inner Mongolia bituminous coal increased, the liquid product decreased, tar yield decreased, half tar yield increased, H2 and CO in destructive distillation gas decreased and CH4 content increased; with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the tar yield increased firstly and then decreased, H2 in destructive distillation gas increased continually, so the raise of pyrolysis temperature could help improve the gas product yield and reduce the liquid product yield.
