摘　　要：为了加强政府的责任和响应能力,提高公共机构的运作水平和相互之间的协同效率,回应公众对公共数据的需求,创造新的经济机会,一些政府以立法的形式,正在运用最新的大数据技术建设开放数据系统。系统所体现的知识开放性的科学规范尊重,建设者缜密的计划,公开而严格的技术标准,以及高度的开放性和互动性,给我们提供了极佳的启示。In order to strengthen the government＇ s responsibility and responsive capability and im- prove the performance in public institutions and mutual coordination, some governments are conduc- ting the latest open data system for Big Data construction. We could be strongly enlightened by the open thought for scientific knowledge, as well as the strict technical standards and the high degree of openness and interactivity in this open data system.
