摘  要:首先用三甲胺盐酸盐和环氧氯丙烷反应合成出中间体,同时棕榈酸与N,N二甲基丙二胺反应合成烷基酰胺,烷基酰胺与中间体进行季胺化反应,合成双季铵盐类阳离子沥青乳化剂,用该乳化剂对道路石油沥青进行乳化效果验证,测试结果表明该乳化剂应用效果很好,达到道路用乳化沥青的技术要求,是一种比较有发展前途的阳离子沥青乳化剂。In this paper, first, intermediates were synthesized by trimethylamine hydrochloride and epichlorohydrin, and alkyl amides were synthesized by palmitic acid and N, N - dimethyl - 1, 3 - propanediamine, then double cropping ammonium salt cationic asphalt emulsifier was synthesized by quaternary amine reaction of alkyl amides with intermediates. The emulsifying effect of the emulsifier on pavement petroleum asphah was verified. The results showed that the application effect, of emulsifier was well, it could meet the technical requirements of emulsified asphalt for pavement and was a more promising cationic asphalt emulsifier.
