摘　　要：IETM是在技术资料数字化过程中出现的集成信息技术,其目的是采用标准化数据格式和自动化编制系统,实现技术手册的数字化、网络化和自动化编著、更改、管理、发布和使用。本文对比研究了国内外军用装备领域中IETM的应用,提出了工程实现中技术资料结构化规划、自动化编著、更改、管理、发布和使用,是数字化集成及应用的一条有效途径。The IETM is a sort of information technology, created in the process of digital integration in technology manual, the order is achieving digitally, network, automatically compile, modify, manage, publish technology manual. This article comparatively studies in IETM application in the field of the internal and the foreign military equipments, and proposes one effective ways to achieve structurally programming, automatically compiling, modifying, managing, publishing and using of the technology manual, and achieve to digital integration of the technology manual.
