摘  要:本文研究了一种频率从300MHz到1350MHz的宽带巴伦。该巴伦采用折叠Marchand形式,结构更紧凑,输入输出射频信号分别来自结构的两端。为进一步改善巴伦性能,在设计中采用了锯齿耦合线和阶梯阻抗线结构。针对该结构,采用ADS软件进行设计和仿真,通过调整尺寸和改变参数,使性能达到设计目标。最后通过实物加工和性能测试,验证其性能满足实际应用需要。In this paper,a kind of wideband balun circuit with frequency from 300MHz to 1350MHz is researc.hed. This balun is a folded Marchand one,as the structure is more compact with the input and output ports on opposite sides of the package. To improve the performance,the sawtooth coupled line and stepped impedance transmission line are adopted in the design. According to this structure,the design is simulated by using ADS software, by adjusting size and changing parameters, the performance can reach the design goals. Finally,through the real material processing and performance test,it is verified that performance of the balun can meet the needs of system applications.
