摘 要:为了掌握规模化鸽场鸽舍内环境因素和环境中的细菌总数,为预防肉鸽疾病、保障健康提供科学依据,采用环境检测方法对南京市郊某规模化肉鸽场的4栋鸽舍进行空气质量检测。结果表明,鸽舍内春、夏、秋、冬的平均温度分别是15.69℃、29.94℃、21.44℃、4.33℃;平均相对湿度分别是79.53%、81.44%、78.24%、74.11%;平均风速分别是0.16 m/s、0.43m/s、0.24m/s、0.14m/s;平均光照强度分别是37.25lx、39.12lx、38.53lx、38.08lx;环境中的细菌总数分别是22.6×103 cfu/m3、44.93×103 cfu/m3、39.86×103 cfu/m3、14.99×103 cfu/m3。春、夏、秋季节的温度、光照强度等指标基本符合国家标准,冬季低于标准;相对湿度高于国家标准;风速低于国家标准。环境中的细菌总数夏、秋季节超出国家标准,冬、春季节在国家标准范围内。鸽舍环境中温度与细菌总数呈显著的正相关(P<0.01);相对湿度、光照与细菌总数呈不显著的正相关(P>0.05);风速与细菌总数呈显著性的负相关(P<0.01)。The correlation study on environmental factors and total bacteria count in pigeon house was undertaken to provide a scientific basis for pigeon diseases prevention and pigeon production .Air quality testing by environment detection method was carried out in 4 pigeon lofts in a scale farm located at the sub‐urb of Nanjing city .The results showed that in spring ,summer ,autumn and winter ,the average tempera‐tures in the pigeon houses were 15 .69 ℃ ,29 .94 ℃ ,21 .44 ℃ and 4 .33 ℃ ,the average relative humidity 79 .53% ,81 .44% ,78 .24% and 74 .11% ,the average wind speed 0 .16 m/s ,0 .43 m/s ,0 .24 m/s and 0 .14 m/s ,the average light intensities 37 .25 lx ,39 .12 lx ,38 .53 lx and 38 .08 lx ,and the total number of bacteria in the environment being 22 .6 × 10^3 cfu/m^3 ,44 .93 × 10^3 cfu/m^3 ,39 .86 × 10^3 cfu/m^3 ,and 14 .99 × 10^3 cfu/m^3 respectively .In spring ,summer and autumn ,the temperature ,light intensity and other indica‐tors in pigeon houses were higher than that of the national standard .However ,in winter ,the tempera‐ture ,light intensity and other indicators in pigeon houses were lower than that of the national standard . Relative humidity was higher than that of the national standard ,while wind speed was lower than that of the national standard .In summer and autumn ,the total bacteria numbers in the environment were higher than that of the national standard .However ,in winter and spring ,the total bacteria numbers in the envi‐ronment were within the range of the national standard .The environment temperature and the total count of bacteria in the pigeon houses were of significant positive correlation (P〈0 .01);the relative humidity and light intensity were significantly positively correlated (P〉0 .05) with the total number of bacteria;the wind speed and the total number of bacteria showed significant negative correlation (P〈0 .01) .
