摘 要:为探索立式光催化反应器中影响脱硫效率的因素,进一步优化实验装置,提高实际使用性能,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺钒Ti O2催化剂,对其可见光催化氧化SO2的过程进行实验和数值模拟。采用碘量法测定SO2的浓度,对催化剂进行XRD表征分析。最佳实验条件下,粘土负载型V-Ti O2可见光催化氧化SO2的效率是47.35%。利用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,分析气流温度、速度场、颗粒浓度场分布情况。模拟结果与实验数据吻合,表明模拟可行可靠有效,得知光照强度、气流均布性和颗粒流化状态的均匀稳定性,影响气体与催化剂的反应过程,是影响立式光催化反应器脱硫效率的主要因素。实验和数值模拟的研究结果对立式光催化反应器的结构优化设计提供借鉴和参考。To explore the factors that affect the desulfurization efficiency in the vertical photocatalytic reactor, fur- ther optimize the device and improve the performance in practice, the experimental and numerical simulation of SO2 visual-light ph0tocatalytic oxidation by V-doping TiO2 which is prepared by using the sol-gel method are stud- ied. The concentration changes of SO2 are measured using the iodine titration method. The V-doping TiO2 is char- acterized by XRD. Under the optimum conditions, the oxidation efficiency of SO2 which are dealt with V-TiO2 of loading clay is 47.35%. The numerical simulation of the vertical photocatalytic reactor is carried out using fluent software. The distribution of air temperature, velocity field, particle velocity as well as the concentration field are analyzed. Simulation results and experimental data agree well and it is indicated that the simulation is possible, re- liable and effective. Simulation results showed that light intensity, the uniform distribution of airflow, uniformity and stability of the fluidized state of particle are the main factors of affecting the reaction of gas with TiO2 and the efficiency of vertical photoeatalytie reactor. Results of the experimental and numerical simulation provide references on the structure optimization and design of the vertical photocatalytic reactor.
