出租车司机健康自我管理现状及相关因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解出租车司机健康自我管理现状及其影响因素,探讨相应对策。[方法]采用成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)对哈尔滨市144名出租车司机进行问卷调查。[结果]出租车司机的健康自我管理总体水平低于成年人;健康自我管理认识高于健康自我管理行为得分;家庭月人均收入、婚姻状况和健康自我感知是影响健康自我管理的因素;哈尔滨市出租车司机的一般情况是男性比例明显大于女性,文化程度普遍偏低,初中水平占绝大多数,工作时间过长,约半数人吸烟饮酒,多数人患有某种疾病,约一半人为自费医疗,绝大多数与家人同住。[结论]出租车司机的健康自我管理总体水平低于成年人,建议完善相关制度与政策、促进将健康自我管理付诸行动、营造良好的健康管理环境,加强出租车司机健康管理,以提高出租车司机的健康管理水平。Obj ective：To know about the status quo of health self man-agement of taxi drivers and its influencing factors and probe into the cor-responding countermeasures.Methods：A total of 144 taxi drivers in Har-bin city were investigated by using adult health self management skills assessment scale （AHSMSRS）.Results：The total health self management level of taxi drivers was lower than that of adults;their health self management cognition level was higher than that of health self management behaviors score;monthly per capita household income,marital status and self per-ceived health were factors that affected the health self management;the general condition of taxi drivers in Harbin city included that the propor-tion of men was significantly greater than that of women;their level of education was generally lower,and the j unior level accounted for the ma-j ority of proportion;too long working hours,about half of them smoking and drinking,the maj ority of people suffering from a disease,about half of them costing their own expense,the maj ority living with their families. Conclusion：The total health self management level of taxi drivers is lower than that of adults.It is recommended to improve the relevant sys-tems and policies,so as to promote putting health self management into action,creating a good environment of health management and strengthe-ning health management of taxi drivers,so as to improve health manage-ment level of taxi drivers.
