摘　　要：护理人力资源的合理配置是新形势下护理模式的基础,直接影响医院的护理质量和经济效益。通过比较分析国内外护理人力资源配置现状,探讨我国在有限护理人力资源的情况下,如何合理配置护理人力资源,从而满足日益增长的护理服务需求,调动护理人员的积极性,推动护理事业的发展。Rational allocation of nursing human resources is the basis of nursing model under the new situation,and it directly impacts on the hos-pital nursing quality and economic benefits.Through comparison and a-nalysis of the status quo of nursing human resource allocation at home and in abroad,this study probe into how to rationally allocate the nursing human resources,so as to meet the growing demand for nursing services, mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,and promote the new development of nursing profession.
