摘　　要：生态农业是我国农业发展的目标,我国政府高度重视农业领域的环保与生态工作,在2006年制定的《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020年)》中将"环保型肥料、农药创新与生态农业技术"列为农业领域优先主题。本文针对自《纲要》实施以来,在环保型肥料、农药创新与生态农业技术领域工作进展、技术突破、存在问题以及进一步发展的建议。Ecological agriculture is the goal of China＇s agricultural development, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the agriculture field of environmental protection work, National Medium and Longterm Science and Technology Development Plan （2006 - 2020）＂ formulated in 2006, was listed as the initiative theme for environmental friendly fertilizer, pesticide innovation and ecological agriculture technology. This paper discusses from the Outline since the implementation, work progress in the field of technological breakthroughs, existing problems and the further development suggestions have been provided.
