摘　　要：论述了生态政府的内涵并提出了生态政府的基本框架,认为生态城市建设中生态政府是关键。政府需要转变执政理念,实现自身生态化转型。而这需要政府遵循生态规律,在法律、规划、管理等多方面的创新。The connotation of ecological government is discussed, and the basic framework of ecological Government is put forward. It is considered that eco government is the key in eco-city construction. Government needs to change the ruling philosophy, and realize its ecological transformation; this requires the government to follow the laws of ecology, and make a wide range of innovations in legal, planning, management, and many other aspects.
