摘　　要：心肌营养因子1(CT-1)是影响胚胎时期心脏发育的重要因素,具有抑制心肌细胞凋亡、促进细胞肥大等多种生物学效应,是多种心血管疾病的重要影响因子。经过近30年的研究发现,其不仅在心血管领域发挥显著的作用,还对呼吸、神经、血液等多个系统产生重要的影响。Cardiotrophin-1 （ CT-1 ） is an important factor that affects heart development during em- bryogenesis. It plays an important role in varieties of cardiovascular diseases with its wide range of biological effects such as inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis, promoting cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and so on. After nearly 30 years of effort,it was found that cardiotrophin-1 played a significant role not only in the cardiovascular field, but also in the respiratory, nervous, and hematologic system, etc.
