摘  要:丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染引起的丙型肝炎严重威胁人类的健康,最终导致持续性肝组织损伤及肝硬化、肝细胞癌发生。干扰素抑制HCV复制及调节免疫的作用,不仅能够稳定病情、延缓肝硬化、肝衰竭和肝癌等并发症的发生,还能预防HCV所致肝癌发生和提高肝癌术后患者的生存率。该文将针对HCV的流行趋势及干扰素对HCV所致肝癌的防治这些问题进行综述。Hepatitis C caused by hepatitis c virus (HCV) is a serious threat to human health,as it can eventually lead to persistent liver tissue damage and cirrhosis, even hepatoeellular carcinoma. Interferon can inhibit virus replication of hepatitis C and regulate the immunity, so as to stabilize the disease, delay the onset of cirrhosis,liver failure and liver cancer as well as other complications, and improve the survival rate of patients with liver cancer. Here is to make a review of the prevalence trend of hepatitis C virus, and interferon's role in the prevention of liver cancer caused by hepatitis c virus.
