艾灸疗法对梅尼埃病膜迷路积水豚鼠模型听阈的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸疗法对梅尼埃病膜迷路积水豚鼠模型听阈的影响,为临床治疗本病提供实验依据。方法采用腹腔注射醛固酮的方法复制梅尼埃病膜迷路积水豚鼠模型,以听性脑干反射(ABR)检测的阈值为观察指标。结果治疗后模型组与空白组比较,听阈值有显著性差异(P<0.01);艾灸组与模型组听阈值变化的比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论艾灸疗法有改善梅尼埃病膜迷路积水豚鼠模型听力的作用。Objective To study the effect of moxibustion therapy on hearing threshold of the guinea pig model of membranous labyrinth hydrops ,and provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment of this disease. Methods Copy the endolymphatie hydrops guinea pig mode of Meniere＇s disease by intraperitoneal injection of aldosterone, and take the threshold value of ABR as the detection index. Results Compared with the blank control group, the difference of hearing threshold in the model control group was highly statistical significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. The hearing threshold changes in the moxibustion and model group had significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Moxibustion therapy has the function of improve hearing of endolymphatic hydrops guinea pig mode of Meniere＇s disease.
