苦参素葡萄糖注射液联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察苦参素葡萄糖注射液联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 90例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,对照组口服恩替卡韦分散片,治疗组在对照组基础上注射苦参素葡萄糖注射液。比较两组HBV-DNA转阴率、HBe Ag转阴率、ALT复常率,肝纤维化指标LN、HA及PCⅢ水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组HBV-DNA转阴率、HBe Ag转阴率、ALT复常率均高于对照组(P<0.05);肝纤维化指标LN、HA及PCⅢ水平均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论苦参素葡萄糖注射液联合恩替卡韦分散片可有效抑制HBV-DNA复制,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Marine and Glucose injection combined with Entecavir Dispersible tablets in treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Method 90 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given Entecavir Dispersible tablets, the treatment group was given Marine and Glucose injection based on the control group, HBV - DNA negative rate, HBeAg negative conversion rate, ALT recovery rate, incidence of liver fibrosis＇ indexes LN, HA and PC III levels and adverse reaction were compared. Results HBV -DNA negative rate, HBeAg negative conversion rate, the recovery rate of ALT in treatment group were higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;liver fibrosis indexes LN, HA and PC Ⅲ levels in treatment group were superior to the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Marine and Glucose injection combined with Entecavir Dispersible tablets in treatment of chronic hepatitis B can effectively inhibit the replication of HBV - DNA and has good curative effect.
