摘　　要：京津冀地区是环渤海经济圈的核心地带,其发展水平关系着整个华北地区经济的繁荣。由于法律政策、行政体制及传统观念、科学技术的束缚,在经济发展过程中出现了许多亟待解决的问题。该文结合该地区的生态环境和经济发展现状,在分析发展中遇到的问题以及出现这些问题原因的基础上,提出打破区域束缚、加强合作、推进改善生态环境和经济协调发展的对策建议,以期推进京津冀地区的可持续发展。The region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is the core of Bohai economic circle,and its develop？ment is related to the economic prosperity of the whole area of north China.However,due to policy of the low,the limitation of administrative system,the traditional concept and science and technology,there are many problems to be solved in the developing process of economy. Compared with the development status of this area,based on the analysis of the problems and their reasons in the developing process,putting for？ward to policies of breaking the regional limitation and strengthening the cooperation,promoting countermea？sures of coordinative development of ecological environment and economy,it has an important practical sig？nificance for promoting the sustainable development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
