摘 要:以苯甲酸和二甘醇为原料,二(乙酰丙酮基)钛酸二丁酯为催化剂,通过酯化合成二甘醇二苯甲酸酯(DEDB),探索了增塑剂DEDB的最佳合成工艺条件,并通过FT-IR、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)对合成产物进行了结构分析。研究结果表明:反应原料酸醇摩尔比为2∶1.1、带水剂用量为苯甲酸质量含量的18%、催化剂用量为苯甲酸质量含量的3.0%,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为5h,酯化率达到98.2%。Diethylene glycol dibenzoate was carried out with benzoic acid and diethylene glycol as raw mate-rial. The optimized reaction conditions were determined and the products were characterized by infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance, which proved the existence of characteristic absorption peaks of DEDB. The re-sults show that the optimized synthesis conditions of DEDB are as follows: n(benzoic acid):n(diethylene glycol)=2.0:1.1, reaction temperature 180℃, reaction time 5h, the dosage of toluene18%(based on the mass of benzoic acid), and the dosage of catalyst 0.8%(based on the mass of benzoic acid). In this reaction conditions, reaction esterification is98.2%.
