摘 要:通过介绍特殊物料种类、特性,部分包装设备及包装要求,从技术进步和用户需求出发,提出了特殊物料全自动包装生产线无人化、智能化和集成化的发展方向。并对应开展的高精度计量、粉体物料、生产数字化管理、自动监测控制、视觉检测等关键技术进行了分析和讨论。提出研究全自动、智能化的关键技术,实现生产线工作现场(车间)的无人化自动运行,将极大地促进特殊物料生产行业的技术进步和健康发展,也是未来包装发展的重要趋势。By introducing the characteristic,species,packaging equipment and demand of special materi-als,pointed out the development direction of automatic packaging production line of special materials with un-manned.Intelligent and integrated which starting from progress of technology and the needs of the users,and developed the corresponding analysis and discussion on key technology of the high precision measurement, powder materials,the digital production management,automatic monitoring and visual detection.Present and study the key technology of automatic,intelligent,to achieve production line working site (workshop)un-manned automatic operation,will greatly promote production industry technical progress and healthy develop-ment of the special materials,also is the important trend of the packaging in the future.
