摘 要:对烟2415小麦品种的育种思路和育种技术进行了探讨。认为:在组合评选的基础上杂种早期世代改单株选择为单穗选择,生理性状上注重穗粒数/旗叶面积、穗粒重/旗叶面积的选择,抗逆性和稳产性上注重结实性的选择,高代品系筛选采用高低密度交替选择,是提高小麦育种效率的有效方法。The breeding ideas and technology of wheat variety Yan 2415 were studied in this paper.It was considered that the early generations could be screened through single spike selection instead of individual selection on the basis of cross combination; on the selection of physiological characters,more attentions should be paid to the ratios of grain number per spike to flag leaf area and grain weight per spike to flag leaf area; on the selection of stress resistance and yield stability,more attentions should be paid to fecundity; high-low-density alternating selection technology could be used in advanced lines selection.All these above were effective methods to improve wheat breeding efficiency.
