摘 要:为探索超弱发光特性(UWL)与种子活力之间的相关性,并为研究种子活力无损测定新方法提供技术依据,对不同保存年限的玉米、小麦、大豆、水稻种子进行超弱发光和延迟发光测定,并通过数据统计、曲线拟合及作图,分析种子超弱发光特性与低温保存时间的关系及延迟发光的变化特征。结果表明,同一品种不同保存年限的种子超弱发光能力差异明显,随保存延长超弱发光强度逐渐下降,与发芽势变化呈现极强的正相关;种子的延迟发光呈现随贮藏年限延长强度降低而衰减系数先增大后减小的特征。In order to research the relationship between UWL(ultra-weak luminescence) characteristics and seed vigor,the intensity of UWL and DL(delayed luminescence) of seeds from corn,wheat,Chinese soybean and rice were tested after preserved under low temperature for different time.Through this study,it was also expected to provide technical supports for non-destructive test of seed vigor.The relationship between UWL characteristics and low-temperature preservation duration and changing characteristics of DL were studied by statistical analysis,linear regression and diagram drawing.The results showed that there were distinctive differences in UWL power of seeds after preserved for different years.The intensity of UWL declined gradually with the preservation time extending,which was positively correlated with the variation of seed vigor.In the meantime,the intensity of DL declined with the preservation time extending,and the attenuation coefficients of DL increased firstly and then decreased.
