摘  要:为探究花生在不同硫素水平下的生理特性、产量、品质特点,选用606为试验材料,设4个硫水平,分析不同生育时期植株性状、光合特性、抗氧化酶活性及荚果产量与籽仁品质。结果表明,施硫提高了主茎高和侧枝长,显著增加了叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率;明显提高了叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,显著降低了丙二醛(MDA)积累量,延缓了叶片衰老;施硫不仅显著增加了花生荚果产量,而且明显提高了籽仁中蛋白质和脂肪含量及油酸/亚油酸(O/L)比值,其中施硫量为40kg/hm2时效果最好。The experiment aimed at the study on physiological characteristics,yield and quality of peanut under different sulfur application levels.With 606 as the test material,four different levels of sulfur were set to analyze the plant characters,photosynthetic characteristics,antioxidant enzyme activity,pod yield and quality at different growth stages.The results showed that the application of sulfur fertilizer increased the main stem height,branch length,chlorophyll content in leaves,photosynthetic rate and the activity of POD,CAT and SOD,in which,the increase of chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate reached the significant level.The application of sulfur fertilizer decreased the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA) significantly.The application of sulfur fertilizer increased the pod yield significantly,and increased the content of protein and fat,the ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid(O/L) obviously.When the application rate of sulfur was 40 kg/hm^2,the effects were the best.
