摘　　要：运用模块化的设计方法,将保障房划分为5个模块类别,并对其进行设计,使保障性住房在全生命周期内能够达到理想的质量和性能。研究希望能够对保障房的设计与建造提供部分参考,促进保障性住房产业化的发展。By utilizing modularized design method, the affordable housings are categorized into 5 modules and designed so as to ensure the affordable housings are up to ideal quality and performances within the whole life cycle. The research expects to provide a part of reference for design and construction of the affordable housings and promote its industrialized development.
